I was very happy with the service overall, I thought the garage, the welcome by staff and offering of drinks was very professional. It was nice to receive a call to tell me the original quoted work was not all needed at a saving to me and will help to create trust with your company. The only comment I would state is that it was hard to get a definitive answer on the timing for the vehicle being ready and as I live in Mirdif knowing a time for collection, having the availability to leave the car till a later day for collection (I never asked about this so also my fault) or a service where the vehicle is collected would have been beneficial.
Will I be using Premier again, yes 100%. Would I recommend you to a friend, yes 100%.
