The General Directorate ofSharjah Police has responded to rumors spreading on social media by denying thereduction of traffic violations by 50 percent. They also confirmed that thefine reduction has been republished as it has been first shared in October 2017as a part of Golden Jubilee celebrations.
The police recommend theresidents to always to double check and avoid rumors unless it is not verified bythe official Sharjah Police website, Instagram or Twitter.
